BYLAWS

Approved by Annual General Meeting.

ARTICLE 1

Name and Boundary

a. The name of this Soccer Club is Real Ingles FC

b. The home of the Club is the City of San Jose CA  (West San Jose and Campbell).

ARTICLE 2

Purpose and Nonprofit Status

a. The purpose of the Real Ingles FC is to develop, promote, and administer the game of soccer among youth (boys

and girls under the age of 19) without regard to race, creed, sex, ability or economic advantage, within the City of San Jose CA.

b. Real Ingles FC shall be nonprofit and nonpartisan in its operation. No substantial part of the activities of the

Real Ingles FC shall consist of the publication or dissemination of materials with the purpose of attempting to

influence legislation. Real Ingles FC shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public oce or against any measure being submitted to the people for a vote.

ARTICLE 3

Aliation

a. Real Ingles FC shall be aliated with US CLUB SOCCER,

and the United States Soccer Federation (“USSF”).

ARTICLE 4

Bylaws and Authorities

a.Real Ingles FC is governed by these Bylaws and except

where superseded by the CYSA, USYSA, US CLUB and USSF.

b. The governing authority of Real Ingles FC shall be its Board of Directors, whose powers and responsibilities

are described in these Bylaws. All member teams, which include their players, coaches, parents, and

guardians, referees, and the Real Ingles FC Board of Directors shall abide by these Bylaws, the Laws of the Game, and the regulations of the Real Ingles FC as set forth by the Board of Directors, and all applicable rules and regulations of the associations with which the Real Ingles FC is affiliated.

ARTICLE 5

Rules of Order

a. Rules of Order shall be deemed as adopted at all Real Ingles FC meetings,

unless otherwise agreed to in advance by the participants,

insofar as such rules are not inconsistent with or in conflict with these

Bylaws, or regulations by which the Real Ingles FC is governed.

ARTICLE 6

Changes to Bylaws

a. Individuals proposing amendments to these Bylaws

must do so in writing to the Real Ingles FC Secretary fortyfive (45) days prior to a General Meeting.

b. Notication of proposed changes to the Bylaws shall be sent to the membership

at least fourteen (14) days prior to a General Meeting.

c. These Bylaws may be amended only by a majority vote of the total ballot cast

at any General Meeting.

d. Bylaw changes voted upon at a General Meeting are adopted immediately

upon armative vote of the membership.

e. The Real Ingles FC Rules of Play and regulations may be amended by a majority vote

of the legal votes cast of

the Board of Directors at a regularly scheduled Board Meeting.

f. In the event that the membership votes to change aliation with the USCLUB, the Bylaws shall be

changed as required by the USCLUB once formal approval has been made by the proper authority.

As a (new) league, the Real Ingles FC may temporarily function under these Bylaws,

subject to requirements of the

USCLUB, however, in no event for a period longer than six (6) months. New Bylaws shall then be

submitted to the general membership no later than six (6) months after league formation,

at the Annual General Meeting or at a Special General Meeting called specically for that purpose.

ARTICLE 7

Dissolution

a. In the event that the Real Ingles FC is dissolved, all of the assets remaining after payment of all debts,

shall be distributed to a nonprofit fund, foundation or nonprofit organization

established for the purpose of developing youth soccer.

                                                         PARENTS Code of Conduct

• Learn and respect the rules of soccer.

• Show respect and courtesy to game officials, coaches, and players at all times.

• Respect the game officials and refrain from questioning their decisions or from addressing them in a loud,

disrespectful, or abusive manner.

• Cheer for your child’s team in a positive manner,

refraining at all times from making negative or abusive remarks about the opposing team.

• Maintain control of your emotions and avoid actions, language, and/or

gestures that may be interpreted as hostile and humiliating.

• Ensure that your child is at all games and practices at the required time

or provide the coach with an appropriate excuse beforehand.

• Demonstrate appropriate gestures of sportsmanship at the conclusion of a game, win or lose.

• Teach and practice good sportsmanship and fair play by personally demonstrating a commitment to these virtues.

• Promote the concept that soccer is a beautiful game and that opposing players and coaches are opponents,

not enemies.

                                                    PLAYERS Code of Conduct

• Know and respect the rules of soccer and abide by them at all times.

• Show respect and courtesy to ocials and coaches by following their instructions and directions.

• Treat your teammates and opposing players with equal dignity and respect regardless of race,

creed, color, nationality or gender.

• Respect the game ocials and refrain from addressing them or

commenting on their decisions during or after the game.

• Maintain control, avoid abusive or profane language, taunting or humiliating remarks.

• Be a peacemaker – do not instigate or retaliate in the moment – whether by mouth, profane gesture,

or physical assault.

• Display sportsmanship at the conclusion of every game –

be humble and generous in victory and proud and courteous in defeat.

• Follow all local rules, respecting at all times the property of others.

• Model the code of conduct on and o the eld and be a positive inuence to your teammates.

PRIVACY POLICY

Real Ingles FC only collects personal information when you request

our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you.

If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information

(such as your name and shipping address) and financial information

(such as your credit card number and expiration date).

This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order.

Real Ingles FC handles all of this data with the utmost condentiality.

THIRD PARTIES

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared

with anyone outside of Real Ingles FC, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.

From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf;

however, none of Real Ingles FC aliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain,

share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.

PHOTOGRAPHS

I authorize Real Ingles FC the right to take and/or use photographs, pictures or likenesses,

and voice of me or my family to appear in any documentary, promotion (including advertising),

television, video, website or radio coverage of the Club without compensation.

The network of Real Ingles FC operated by Real Ingles FC or its aliates or subsidiaries,

is comprised of various Web sites and Web pages. Real Ingles FC are offered to you conditioned

Logo and Use Policy

Ocial Real Ingles FC Logo

The Real Ingles FC Board of Directors has adopted the displayed logo

as the ocial logo of the Real Ingles FC Soccer Club as of August 2014 and new logo 2019.

No Other logo is sanctioned or authorized for use as representing a team, player,

or event aliated with Real Ingles FC Soccer Club.

Real Ingles FC Logo Use Policy

Use of the Real Ingles FC Soccer Club logo shall be only with prior written permission

(e-mail or hard copy) from the Real Ingles FC. Real Ingles FC may withhold approval at its sole discretion.

Real Ingles FC reserves the right, in its sole discretion,

to terminate or modify permission to display the Real Ingles FC logo at any time.

Real Ingles FC logo must be used only for the purpose requested;

additional uses require separate permissions.

Real Ingles FC logo may not be used in any manner that expresses or

might imply the Real Ingles FC aliation,

sponsorship, endorsement, certication or approval of any product or service.

You may use the logo only as provided by the Real Ingles FC.

Except as provided in these guidelines,

you may not alter the Real Ingles FC logo in any manner, including size, proportions, colors,

elements; or animate, morph or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance.

The Real Ingles FC logo may be resized to accommodate a specic use,

but the text within the logo Real Ingles FC must remain legible.

Real Ingles FC reserves the right to require that an instance of its logo be re-sized if,

in its opinion, the association name is dicult or impossible to read.

You may not alter the Real Ingles FC logo to incorporate any other object, including,

but not limited to other logos, icons, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers,

design features, symbols, audio les or video les.

Real Ingles FC logo graphic, when used in a Web or other Internet application,
